Complete all your Keystone habits every day to build your streak. Miss a Keystone and your streak resets. Reach new levels to unlock rewards!
Every Monday, take a moment to add new rewards for each other. Rewards are things you'd love to do together — a date night, a movie pick, a massage, a meal out.
Go to Rewards → My Rewards and tap "Add a reward for [name]". When they hit a milestone, they can unlock and redeem it!
Milestones are specific goals tied to habits — like hitting 10k steps 7 days in a row. When you hit one, a reward unlocks automatically.
Use the Planner tab to schedule your day in flexible time blocks. You can link blocks to habits — when you mark a block done, the habit gets checked off too.
See your full week at a glance. Each dot represents whether you hit a habit on that day. Great for spotting patterns!
Tap Noah or Jessalyn in the top right to switch between profiles. You can add rewards for each other from either profile.
Customize your own habit list — add new ones, edit existing ones, or remove habits that no longer fit. Each of you can have a completely different set!
